Terms of use
Last updated: November 4, 2026
In short: SELENE suggests itineraries from places you saved. Plans are suggestions: check opening hours, tickets and travel times yourself. Your Notion content stays yours. Questions: hello@selenetrip.com.
The service
SELENE (selenetrip.com) reads Google Maps lists you share with it, suggests a day-by-day plan, and writes the plan and your places into your own Notion workspace. It is run by an independent developer (“we”, “us”). By using SELENE you agree to these terms.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at hello@selenetrip.com if you think someone else is using it.
Plans are suggestions
Itineraries are generated automatically from the places you saved and public place data, which can be wrong or out of date. Opening hours, closing days, prices, tickets, transport and travel times are estimates. Confirm them before you rely on them. You are responsible for your travel decisions, bookings and safety.
Your content
The lists, notes and pages are yours. You give us permission to process them only to run SELENE for you (reading your lists, building plans, writing to your Notion). Import only lists and pages you are allowed to use.
Fair use
Do not use SELENE to break the law, to scrape or resell data, to overload the service, or to get around its limits (such as the number of places included with an account). We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans, payments and refunds
An account includes a set number of places to import, shown in the planner. If you buy a paid plan, the price and what it includes are shown before you pay, and payments are handled by our payment provider. If SELENE does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Other services
SELENE works with Google, Notion, Apify and Cloudflare. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep SELENE running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features; if we stop the service entirely, paid users will get notice and a fair refund for what they did not use.
No warranty and limited liability
SELENE is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as missed bookings or travel costs), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$25 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Ending
You can stop using SELENE at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end access for accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date above when these terms change and tell signed-in users about important changes. Using SELENE after a change means you accept the new terms.
